About our firm and partner,

DNW and Associates was founded by our managing partner, Eric Wu, CPA.  We are a full-service accounting firm that serves a wide range of services to our business and individual clients.  Our practice involves work with public and private companies in a variety of industries, including, but not limited to, wholesale distributors, manufacturing, construction and real estate, professional services, financial brokerage firms, etc.  

Eric, with 15 years of experience, is a Certified Public Accountant with a BS degree in business administration with emphasis in accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara.  After graduation, Eric worked at a mid-sized local accounting firm.  Eric became a California licensed CPA in 2000.  Eric then worked at Warner Brothers, a division of Time Warner, Inc. as an internal auditor.  He eventually was promoted to the role of audit manager.

Eric started his own boutique practice around 2003 concentrating on the small to mid-sized firms with revenues ranging from one million to sixty million dollars.  His areas of expertise include, but not limited to:  audit, review and compilation of financial statements in a variety of industries; and corporate and individual tax return preparation and tax planning.
